It was my first lesson at The House of Cooking. The professional Chefs take cooking seriously, I learnt chicken orzo Soup, stuffed Veggies, and baklavas with walnuts. We sat down at the table like family chattering away between mouthfuls of soup, the Chef had me running between cutting board, stove top and blender. We shared the Egyptian dinning traditions.
